How do I start a return or exchange?
Returns are accepted online within 30 business days of receiving your order. All items being returned must be in their original condition with all hang tags attached to the item. The customer will be charged for the shipping label through our return platform. To start a return please visit:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA OUR ONLINE PORTAL WITH THE DEDICATED SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE DO NOT COMBINE RETURNS OR SHIP WITH YOUR OWN LABEL. IF THIS PROCESS IS NOT FOLLOWED, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED OR REFUNDED WITHIN OUR RETURN WINDOW.
How do I ship a return or exchange?
All returns must be submitted via our online portal with the dedicated shipping label. Please do not combine returns. If this process is not followed, we cannot guarantee the return will be processed or refunded within our return window.
Damages
If a product was purchased over 90 days and there is a damage, we are unable to accept these requests. Each of our styles is produced with care and attention and inspected before being shipped to our customers. Often times damages on clothing are due to activity from the customer that is out of our control. Although damages rarely happen, we will accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date.
How long does a refund take to process?
Our returns team is located on the East Coast. Please allow 14-21 days for us to process your refund or exchange once the product is received at our facility. Each item will go through an inspection process before being refunded. Saint Art is committed to selling you the highest quality product. If your product is damaged due to manufacturing error, our customer service team will gladly replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of the Saint Art team.
