All orders are confirmed via email with tracking details. It takes our shipments team up to 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to ship your product (48 hours if ordered Saturday). Returns are accepted online within 30 days of receiving your order. All items being returned must be in their original condition with all hang tags attached to the item. All returns have an $8 restocking fee. If you are a VIP customer, we will waive the restocking fee. To start a return or exchange visit Saint Art Returns Portal.
Our returns team is located on the East Coast. Please allow 14-21 days for us to process your refund or exchange. Saint Art is committed to selling you the highest quality product. If your product is damaged due to manufacturing error, our customer service team will gladly replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of the Saint Art team.
