For these pants for the first time and the denim is a scratchy quality and was very uncomfortable around my waist. Definitely need to have a t- shirt or blouse tucked in. Hoping after many washes it softens up. Also noticed that the zipper is not a line straightly with the button so the fit is off.

Nice product. Well cut and made nice hand to the fabric but awful customer service.
Wouldn’t purchase again unless it is something I am sure I wouldn’t return or exchange because there is no human involved in the transaction.
